1) What payment methods do you accept?


Currently, we accept various payment methods, including PayPal, Visa, and MasterCard.


2) My order hasn’t arrived yet. Is this normal?


As stated in the product description, delivery usually takes 1 to 3 days in most cases.

If it has been more than a week, please be patient—your item is on its way.


If your order has not arrived after a maximum of 1 week, we will provide a full refund. This is an extremely rare occurrence.


3) I want to cancel my order. Is it possible?


Simply send us an email, and we will cancel your order and issue a refund within 30 days.


4) Some items are missing from my box. Where are they?


We work with multiple suppliers. When you place an order, each supplier ships their product separately. Therefore, you may receive multiple packages even if you placed a single order.


5) Do you ship internationally?


Yes, we ship worldwide. However, free shipping is only available for Switzerland. If you want us to ship outside of Switzerland, send us an email, and we will inform you of any additional costs.


6) How can I contact you?

CHANGES, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS


7) I changed my mind about my item. What should I do?


If you changed your mind about your order, send us an email with your order details, and we will take care of it. Please note that any order changes must be made within 2 hours of the initial purchase. There will be no additional fees.


8) Can I change my item after receiving the confirmation email?


Unfortunately, no. Once an item has left our warehouse, it is considered final and cannot be changed—it would then be considered a return.


9) What if my order is missing an item?


If an item is missing from your order, you can either receive the same item or get a refund for its value. The customer is our priority.


10) I don’t like my item. Can I return it?


Returns are accepted only within 2 days of receiving the package. However, to ensure a refund, all returned products must be in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Proof of postage must be sent to us by email as proof of return.


Promotional items are not eligible for returns.


As long as the returned order is in perfect condition, exchanges are possible. Send us an email, and we will handle the rest. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, but we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.
